Handmade Products Please note that all the products on our website are handmade so please allow for a two inch variance in sizing which cannot be helped with handmade items.
Standard Shipping Times Same Day Shipping on all items in stock received by 10am EST. All in stock orders ship out within 24 hours of order. Items that are not in stock generally take 10 to 14 business days to receive. For more information please call customer service.
Back Orders and Cancellations If your item is on back order, you will be contacted by email or phone and given the opportunity to either leave the item on back order or to cancel your order. If you would like to cancel an order that you have placed, we will try to accommodate your request but if the item has already shipped we will be unable to.
Price Matching We will honor the prices of our competitors! If you find one of our products cheaper on another website call us and we will honor their price as well as give you 10% of the different off and free shipping.
Return Policy Return any purchase for any reason within 15 days from receiving date and get a full refund minus original shipping cost. All returns must be in original packaging and unaltered in any way. Returns not in original packaging will be subject to a 20% restocking fee as well as orders returned beyond 15 days. info@houseofquilts.com and receive an authorization number which must be placed on the return label as well as this form. All returns without a return authorization on the return label may be rejected and returned.
Signature Required Please note that all shipments require a signature by someone over the age of 21. If no one will be home we suggest having your package shipped to your work address or to the address of an individual who will be home during the day.
